Position Title: Community Engagement Coordinator
Supervisor: Director of Community Engagement

HopeWorks’ Community Engagement staff are invested and engaged in altering the systems and imbalances of power that maintain the status quo and that are root causes of sexual and intimate partner violence - including racism, transphobia, poverty, homophobia, and xenophobia. The Engagement Coordinator is tasked with the coordination and facilitation of programs (virtually and in-person) of educational workshops for young adults and youth, awareness events, outreach campaigns and collaborating with community partners for racial, economic, and gender justice. Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Compute rate, ratio, and percent and draw and interpret bar graphs.
